To reduce travelers’ stress during the hectic holiday season, United brought trained therapy dogs to its hubs. We promoted the experience by treating the dogs as professional, or rather pawfessional, therapists. The campaign’s success led United to expand it for spring break.

 

United shared its love of flying with other aviation geeks through our on-going #avgeeks series.

 

We promoted travel to Latin America with this visually-driven series.

 

We tapped into the authentic nature of user-generated content to weave together travel stories for this year in review video.
